  • Festival Foods believe in a culture that fosters equal and accessible opportunities for everyone including those with diverse abilities and skill sets in each of the communities where they have a presence.
  • This past year, leaders teamed with Project SEARCH to conduct mock interviews and a Transition-to-Work Program. The company introduced “Mental Health Awareness Week”. At Festival Foods, they value the relationships and work closely with their community (Department of Vocational Rehabilitation) DVR vendors. This partnership is focused on providing valuable work experience for those consumers who are interested in the grocery business but have hurdles to employment to overcome.
