Disability:IN Wisconsin is currently governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of local leaders from Disability:IN Wisconsin member businesses who have a passion for helping people with disabilities enter and succeed in the workforce.
The Board Officers have the same duties and responsibilities as all other board members, including the duty of loyalty, the duty of obedience, and duty of care. They have additional responsibilities of leadership, legal compliance of the organization’s bylaws and other matters, managing the budget, and chairing the finance committee.
The Board Members-At-Large are businesses leaders from Wisconsin businesses who are members of Disability:IN Wisconsin. The bring a broad range of valuable business skills and community involvement.
The organization is led primarily by the Executive Director. They rely on the board members, volunteer committees, Disability:IN Wisconsin members, local vendors and partners to grow the organization and build a local community engaged in the success of disability inclusion.
