Today was an incredible day! A huge thank you to Disability:IN Wisconsin for giving me and my teammate Carol Putz the opportunity to learn and share best practices with other employers and disability resource organizations. We had the privilege of attending the Reverse Career Fair and Career Fair, where we connected with talented individuals and had some great conversations. One of the highlights of the day was hearing from Emily Raclaw who shared her insights on Interviewing Neurodiverse Candidates. I’m excited to bring all these new ideas and talent connections back to my team at Associated Bank
