A native of Mexico, Guillermo has spent the last 18 years living and working in the US. He has also lived and worked in India, Fiji Islands, Canada, and Morocco. He currently lives in Milwaukee with his wife Ellen. The rest of his family, including his parents, sister, nephew, and nieces live in the north of Mexico. He is an avid reader and enjoys playing sports, his current passion being Pickleball.
After he graduated from university with a BA in Marketing he spent the next two and a half years working abroad where he discovered his professional calling in learning and development and cultural coaching. He came back to Mexico where he completed his MS in Organizational Development and joined Kohler Co. which eventually will offer him the opportunity to relocate to the US to continue his career. In his almost 25 years of professional experience, he has had different corporate roles in Human Resources and has also worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of team and leadership development and cultural competence.
Currently, Guillermo leads the North America Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Community Impact teams at ManpowerGroup
Passionate about community engagement, Guillermo has been on the board of The Gathering of Southeast Wisconsin since 2015 and on their executive committee since 2016. He held the role of board president in 2019 and 2020.
Elaine Kressin
Learning and Development Business Partner

Elaine Kressin lives in Milwaukee, WI with her husband, Nate, and her seven-year-old son. She loves live music and being outdoors. She is happiest nearest the water with her family.
Elaine has been with ManpowerGroup for nine years and works as a Learning and Development Business Partner. In her role, she creates and facilitates learning for the organization. Her focus is leadership and communication training. She is a certified Fierce Communications and INCLUDE facilitator. Elaine also enjoys working with entry-level teams to build their skills and careers at ManpowerGroup.
Prior to working at ManpowerGroup, Elaine worked as a restaurant manager and trainer for 13 years. In that role, she learned that her passion was in learning and development. Elaine earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management as well as a Master’s Training Certificate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee while working at ManpowerGroup.
Elaine is passionate about building an inclusive culture within her organization and is heavily involved in ManpowerGroup’s Business Resource Groups. She is most proud of the work she did as a co-chair of elevating, ManpowerGroup’s Business Resource Group for LGBTQ+ and allied employees.
