Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rangam, James Mahoney is a global diversity and inclusion leader with proven success in delivering outstanding business results. Prior to joining Rangam in October 2021, James spent ten years at JPMorgan Chase & Company serving in seven different roles, including Chief Quality Officer for Home Lending Technology, Head of Employee Accessibility, and Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Global Technology.

In 2015, James launched a pilot program placing four people with autism spectrum conditions in software testing roles. Strong business results were quickly achieved as well as value to the individuals who participated in the pilot program. After an expansion of the program at JPMorgan Chase & Company, the “Autism at Work” program was formally launched in early 2016 to attract and hire candidates with different cognitive styles. Today, Autism at Work stands as a world leader in this domain with over 240 hires in 9 countries. Prior to joining JPMC, James held various leadership positions in the technology and business sectors, including IBM, First Marblehead, KeyBank, MetLife, Fidelity Investments, and Putnam Investments.

She champions and develops best-in-class recruitment, business development, and innovative account management solutions to attract and retain top talent, to enable client success. Tracey has close ties with the disability community and is passionate about developing strategies for inclusion, innovation, and awareness in the workplace and our communities. She currently serves on boards and global committees focused on supporting individuals with disabilities, and veterans with post-traumatic stress syndrome. She has been an active volunteer with United Way and Junior Achievement for over 20 years.
