Judy Quigley’s creative spirit and passionate approach to the inclusion of people with disabilities come from her core. While attending Partners in Policy Making, and connecting with state government, she served on the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Board of Disabilities Rights Wisconsin. This experience, as well as her own personal challenges, ignited the direction of her professional aspirations. Judy serves as the Executive Director of Disability:IN Wisconsin a non-profit, non-partisan business-to-business network that empowers businesses to achieve disability diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Member organizations are invested, informed, and involved in aligning skills and talent by recruiting from an untapped pool of talent, individuals with disabilities. This business strategy achieves successful hires and drives business outcomes.

Judy has over 20 years of diverse experience at the federal, state, and local levels working on programs and legislation to advance the inclusion of persons with disabilities. She has spent time in Washington DC presenting before the Wisconsin Senate on issues of a person’s right to independence, productivity, self-determination, integration, and inclusion. Prior to joining Disability:IN Wisconsin, Judy served as the State Director for Project SEARCH under Governor Walker. Partnerships between school transition programs, businesses, and providers grew from 14 – 27 successful business-led programs over 2 years with an 88% success rate of employment upon program completion.

As the Director of Business Optimization, Tracy is the strategic partner to ManpowerGroup leaders within North America Operations. Focusing on key initiatives around business operations such as profitability, utilization, and streamlining processes to ensure teams are effective within the needs of clients and key business initiatives. Tracy has been a committed member of the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives within ManpowerGroup and was a diligent team member in implementing the creation of the ABILITY BRG at ManpowerGroup. ABILITY is one of ManpowerGroup’s multiple business resource groups which specifically focuses on supporting and advocating for employees with disabilities and their allies.

Tracy also continues to support multiple community investments and/or professional affiliations/memberships. Besides Tempo Milwaukee, Tracy is also connected with the Consortium for Leading Employee Organizations and a Local Women’s Crisis Prevention Center. Tracy serves on the board for Disability:IN Wisconsin as Chair where the focus is to increase the participation of individuals with disabilities in the workforce by establishing platforms for talent acquisition that organizations can leverage to their benefit.

Prior to serving as President/CEO of AILCO Equipment Finance, Inc., Derek Smith served as Commercial Banking Executive for Old National Bank (ONB). He lead a team of commercial and small business relationship managers centered among the most dynamic markets of Milwaukee, Madison, and the Fox Valley. Derek benefits from a 17-year banking career also including TCF Bank and Associated Bank. He held a number of commercial bank roles, including as a credit analyst, and portfolio and relationship management, and has managed high-performing teams beginning since 2015. Derek’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, small business and mid-market, ESOP lending, and traditional Commercial and Industrial business banking. Derek is an avid community supporter with extensive Board and volunteer service. Since relocating to the Milwaukee area in August 2008, Derek has been highly engaged in the community.
He has a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities serving on the Advisory Board of Best Buddies as a past Board Chair (board participating ended Dec 2019), Disability:IN Wisconsin as a past Advisory Board Chair, and served on the Executive Leadership Council of The Ability Center (TAC) in 2020/2021, co-chairing current $1.3MM funding initiative for TAC and is actively involved as a supporter and volunteer in a number of other organizations. A Graduate of Walsh College, Derek holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has a passion for scuba diving, animals, running, and entertaining. He and his wife Devrey reside in the Milwaukee area.
