Disability:IN Wisconsin serves small, midsize, and large employers, supporting businesses through:


      Workshops/seminars, including the annual Wisconsin Ability Summit, a full-day conference.

Access to Resources:

      Providing employers with the tools to gauge and improve performance.


      Enabling businesses to share best practices for disability inclusion, get updates on recent developments and work collaboratively on common issues.

Disability Equality Index:

      A benchmarking tool that provides an objective score and roadmap on disability inclusion policies and practices. Learn more at

Supplier Diversity:

      Disability:IN Supplier Diversity supports corporate partners’ disability supplier inclusion initiatives and manages Disability:IN’s national certification and development program for disability-owned and service disabled veteran-owned businesses. All members gain access to the Supplier Hub. Learn more at

Disability:IN Wisconsin is currently governed by a Board of Advisors, comprised of local leaders from Disability:IN Wisconsin member businesses who have a passion for helping people with disabilities enter and succeed in the workforce.
